Hi, there.

I’m Crystal, a dual-certified coach and best-selling author. My work is all about helping people experience more freedom, peace, and ease — regardless of their circumstances.

About me.

Since 2010, I’ve been helping people worldwide live (well!) with gastroparesis, overcome anxiety, and experience lasting, meaningful change in their physical and mental health. I’ve written two books, Eating for Gastroparesis and Living (Well!) with Gastroparesis, which have sold over 50,000 copies.

I’m also the co-host of the upcoming podcast, Living Well (When You Don’t Feel Well), conversations on thriving with chronic illness and uncovering the wellness within.

I graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Sociology. I later attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. I’ve since completed coursework in mind-body health through the Harvard School of Medicine, Massachusetts General Hospital, and UCLA. In 2019, I became a Certified Change Coach.

My work has been published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology, UNC Digestive Health Matters, and the International Foundation for Functional Gastrointestinal Disorder’s DIGEST.
